Thanks for your interest in attending Davis County's Youth Mental Health Screening Event. This event is a free opportunity for youth ages 12-18. Parents must be present. A separate registration is required for each child that will be participating.
One week prior to the event you will be sent the link to an online screening which should be completed before the appointment. (Not applicable for elementary aged children.) The screening questions address depression, anxiety, suicide, ADHD, bipolar, etc. The screening is not a full psychological evaluation and a clinical diagnosis will not be made. At the appointment youth and their parents will meet with a mental health professional to discuss screening results and talk about what follow-up is needed.
During the appointment, families will have the opportunity to meet mental health providers, learn about community resources, and enjoy some refreshments.
If you have any questions about the event or trouble registering please call Angie Smith @ 801-336-1742.
Currently, we don't have any mental health screenings available for elementary age students. Please fill out the form below if you'd like to be notified of any screening events for elementary aged children we may offer in the future.
