The pre-test should be taken before Learning to Breathe lessons begin, and the post-test upon completion of the lessons. The Learning to Breathe instructor assigns each student a number, which the student will enter when they take the pre/post-test. This is how we are keeping students anonymous while matching pre/post-tests. We have created a form which you may choose to use to keep track of student numbers. The student assessment ID form can also be found underMindfulness Program Materials. This form can be shredded after completion of the post-test.
