Payment Process

After you click on the "Click Here to Make A Payment" below, you'll be taken to Davis Behavioral Health's home page to make your payment.

Screen 1:

On the Home Page, there is a "Make a Payment" button underneath the "Contact Us" button, which is located on the top right-hand side of the page.

Screen 2:

Enter the amount of your payment.

Screen 3:

Fill out the payment form.

Description Field - the name of the training you registered for (e.g. Mental Health First Aid, Safe Talk, etc.)

Customer ID Field - type your first and last name
